How do I book services with Lotus Beauty TX?

Check out our page, pricing and gallery. When you are ready to inquire fill out our form and we will get back with our availability. If we have an open artist you can continue with the "book now" option and we will start curating your contract for services! Once you have reviewed and signed the agreement we will collect a deposit to secure your booking with us! The remaining balance of your contracted services is due 2weeks prior to your schedule event.

What is the deposit amount? Is it refundable?

We do not have a set amount for your deposit. It is a fee that is calculated based off your total services you book with us. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and protect our artist from loss of business. Your non-refundable deposit goes towards the overall balance!

Do you require a minimum headcount to book services?

Great question! If you are within the San Antonio city limits we do not have a minimum headcount requirement. Any event outside the San Antonio city limits does require a 6 headcount minimum.

Whats does the schedule of services look like on the day of my event?

We will reach out to you 2weeks prior to your scheduled event with a timeline of services. The Lotus Beauty TX team will arrive 15min prior to your start time for setup. We prefer to have 45min per person of schedule time to provide services but can perform in 30min blocks if time does not allow. Followed by a 15min touch up window at the end.

Do I need to prep my hair before styling?

We require DRY clean hair before styling. Blow drying is not included in the per person service time. If a client or party arrives with wet or damp hair, we will require you to go blow dry your hair and skip your turn in schedule to keep the timeline of events moving. If a party does not have access to a blow dryer a $25 fee will be added to that service and additional time will be required causing a delay in schedule.

What if I or friends of honor have extremely curly or textured hair?

Extremely curly or textured hair is no problem for us! We have worked with all kinds of textured hair, but please note we only have 30-45min per person to provide services. With this said, if you are requesting a smoother style from our artist it is requested to pre-smooth the hair for time saving purposes as it may cause some delay.

Do I need to prep my skin for makeup?

You do not have to do any skin prep! You are more than welcome to continue with your own skin routine, but NO SUNSCREEN as this may cause the makeup to separate, give a white cast or create an oily build up.

Can I book a trial before signing my contract?

Trials are reserved for our booked clients and intended for the purpose to play with different looks / styles. Trials are not to decide if you want to book with us, as our gallery and social media provides adequate examples of the quality of work.
